Position: Farm Operations Staffer
This role is vital to the success of our farm and will include general labor.
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Feeding, watering, moving, and general management of animals
- Collecting eggs
- Brooder management
- Small farming projects including fence work/repair, building chicken tractors, weedeating etc.
Hours/week: ~20hrs/week
Pay: Dependent on experience.

Position: Farmers Market Staffer
General duties include but are not limited to (training provided):
- Packing and loading vehicle/trailer with product and equipment for Farmers Market booth.
- Setting up Farmers Market booth
- Friendly, outgoing engagement with Farmers Market attendees/customers
- Knowledge and the ability to talk through our farm products and farming practices (training provided)
- Market tear down and clean up
Saturday Market runs from 8am-1pm in Downtown Rogers Arkansas. Must be able to commit to being there every Saturday through the end of market season.
Pay: Dependent on experience + commission from day's sales
