Position: Farm Operations Staffer

This role is vital to the success of our farm and will include general labor as well as the opportunity to operate a farmers market booth!

General duties include but are not limited to:

• Feeding and management of animals
• Collecting eggs
• Small farming projects including fence work/repair, building chicken tractors, running a chainsaw

This position can also include running a farmers market booth every Wednesday from 4:00pm-7:30pm with additional time needed for setting up and taking down. This part of the job will include additional pay through commission of sales from that day's market!

Hours/week: 20-25 hours/week with the possibility of more

Pay: $20-$22/hr + market commission (if applicable)

Position: Farmers Market Staffer

Farmers Markets are a significant part of our farm business, making this job critical to our success. There is an opportunity for 1-2 Farmers Markets in the NWA area, one on Wednesday and one on Saturday.

General duties include but are not limited to (training provided):

• Packing and loading vehicle/trailer with product and equipment for Farmers Market booth.
• Setting up Farmers Market booth
• Friendly, outgoing engagement with Farmers Market attendees/customers
• Knowledge and the ability to talk through Bulmanski Farms products and farming practices (training provided)
• Market tear down and clean up

Saturday Market runs from 8am-1pm in Downtown Rogers Arkansas. Wednesday market runs from 4pm-7:30pm at Mt Hebron Park in Rogers Arkansas.

Pay: $20-22/hour + commission from day's sales

Start Date: March 28, 2026 (Paid training), April 4, 2026 (Paid training), April 18, 2026 (first solo market)
