What does the 1/2 Pork Bundle include?
Pork chops - 10 packs (~1.25lbs, 2 pork chops per pack)
Boston Butt Roasts - 4 roasts (~3.25 lbs each)
Spare Ribs - 1 whole rack (~2 lbs)
Baby Back Ribs - 1 whole rack (~1.4lbs)
Deli-Shaved Ham - 5 lbs (Always sodium nitrate free, and ready to eat!)
Whole Tenderloin - ~1 lb
Bacon - 8 lbs (Always sodium nitrate free!)
Your choice of 20 lbs of mild sausage, hot sausage or ground pork
On farm pick-up is always free and recommended. Your pork will be boxed and all products will be vacuum sealed for easy use!
