~This 1/4 Beef Bundle is based on the size of a typical Dexter cow which is smaller than an average cow. Dexter cattle are known for their ability to finish well on grass and produce delicious grass-fed, grass-finished beef! All of our cows are rotationally grazed through our pasture!~
How does the process work for Standard Beef Bundles?
Great question!
- Our next 1/4 Beef Bundles will be available for delivery in August 2024. By Pre-Ordering now with your deposit, you are confirming your bundle.
- Those that confirm their 1/4 bundle and pay the deposit to hold their spot until available for delivery.
- Once your beef bundle is available and delivered, your final payment will be due ($615 - $250 Deposit = $365)
- Enjoy a freezer full of ethically raised, 100% Grass-Finished, Dexter Beef!
The final cost is $615 and will INCLUDE free local delivery. Upon delivery, the customer will then be charged the final price, less the deposit. Extra fees may apply if delivering outside local area.
What is included in a 1/4 Standard Beef Bundle?
The 1/4 Beef Bundle includes:
- 40 lbs Ground Beef (1lb packages)
- 4 - Bone-In Ribeye Steaks (~14oz each)
- 4 - T-Bone Steaks (~14oz each)
- 3 - Bone-In Sirloin Steaks (~1.5lbs each)
- 3 - Bone-In Chuck Roasts (~2.5lbs each)
Total Weight = ~60lbs
*All packaging will be vacuum packed*
