We are currently taking Pre-Orders for our fall 2026 Half Beef. The price listed represents the deposit. The final price is $13/pound of finished beef you actually receive, less the $1150 deposit. The packaged weight will be between 150-200 lbs.
Example:
Half beef deposit is $1150
Final weight of beef packaged: 185lb x$13.00 = $2405
Final bill on Pick-Up/Delivery Day: $2405 - $1150 = $1255

~Our cattle are moved to fresh pasture daily. They have constant access to minerals and kelp for improved health, and fresh water from the same water source our family drinks! They are never given any hormones, antibiotics, wormers or other chemicals, and our pastures are always chemical free with no pesticides, herbicides or any other life killing spay. We do not feed them grain to finish them--we finish on grass alone. This is some of the healthiest beef you can eat!~
How does the process work for Standard Beef Bundles?

- This 1/2 Beef will be available for delivery in fall 2026. By Pre-Ordering now with your deposit, you are confirming your 1/2 beef.
- Those that confirm their 1/2 bundle and pay the deposit to hold their spot until available for delivery.
- Once your 1/2 beef is available and delivered, your final payment will be due
- Enjoy a freezer full of ethically raised, 100% Grass-Finished, Beef!
The final cost will INCLUDE free local delivery. Upon delivery, the customer will then be charged the final price, less the deposit. Extra fees will apply if delivering outside local area.
What is included in a 1/4 Standard Beef Bundle?
The 1/2 Beef includes:
40 lbs Ground Beef (1lb packages)
Bone-in Ribeyes 1.25" thick
NY Strip 1.25" thick
Sirloin 1.25" thick
Picanha - whole
Filet 6-8oz portions
Brisket - whole
Short Ribs in 3-4 bone sections
Chuck roasts, rump roasts, and tri tips in 3-5lb packages.
Skirt steak and flank steak, in 1lb packages.
Beef soup bones 2lb packages
Stew Meat and Kabob Meat, 1lb packages
Beef Livers, Hearts, Oxtails, and Tongue whole, packed individually
Remainder to Ground Beef, 1lb Packages
